Returns and Exchanges

Our sincere hope is that you love your new denim, or any other product you have purchased from us here at OkayamaDenim.com. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you receive, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange a return for a size/item exchange, store credit or a refund. 

We will exchange all products that are unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, etc. If it is determined that the product has been worn, stained, or altered in any way, we will return the item back to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jeans which have been hemmed after purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns to us which do not meet these conditions.

In the event that you have made a purchase using our first time buyer’s discount or loyalty points we will be happy to accept a return for a size/item exchange or store credit if the above terms and conditions are met. 

All items purchased during a sitewide Sale period or at a discounted rate from our Sales section are considered Final Sale.

On the unlikely occasion that one of our products is shipped to you with a defect or damage from the manufacturer, we will gladly pay shipping both ways to replace the product in question. This also applies for any incorrect item that we have shipped to you. 

On all other occasions it is up to you to cover the cost of returning an item(s), using our DHL Global Returns service. No outgoing shipping charges will be included for the first exchange, however a restock fee of 15% of the item value will be incurred for multiple exchanges.

Store credit does not have an expiration date, and can be used toward any future purchase at OkayamaDenim.com. Your store credit will come in the form of a coupon code, which we will send to you via e-mail for use only at OkayamaDenim.com.
