We reserve the right to revise the products and services described on the site and to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the site. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for doing so. We have the right to change these rules and/or limitations at any time, in our sole discretion.

Product Information & Pricing

We have made every effort to accurately capture the detail and colors of our products. The colors of products are also affected by the monitor of the user, so we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of all colors. We make every attempt to update our site to reflect current product availability, but we reserve the right to cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable. Most of our products are sold at Japanese retail price converted into US Dollars. All prices are subject to change and will change periodically dependent on the Japanese Yen to US Dollar conversion rates. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter.

Limits on Purchases

We do not authorize the purchase of our merchandise for resale purposes. We reserve the right to refuse business from customers that we determine may be purchasing product with intent to resell it.

The Okayama Denim logos, designs, titles, and original written copy and the copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property in such materials are owned by Okayama Denim. You agree not to display or use the this information in any manner without Okayama Denim’s expressed permission. Likewise the logos, designs, titles, and the copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property of the brands we carry, contained within the site, are the property of those brands and cannot be used without expressed permission from those brands.
