The three pairs within the Vintage Label line by Momotaro are the only Unsanforized offerings by the brand. They share the same 15.7oz. Zimbabwe cotton as the other "Labels", but these are kept loomstate, while the rest of the denim goes through the process of sanforization. They are also the cleanest in terms of details and finish, with no white lines or crest stitching as seen in the other lines by Momotaro.
*Get in touch with us regarding sizing with the Vintage Label line, it can get tricky with Unsanforized fabric, but we will be happy to help you get into the right pair!
GTB (Going to Battle) Label
The Going to Battle, or GTB line, was the first collection rolled out by Momotaro back in '09. The white lines represent Japan, and have become eponymous with the Momotaro GTB line. As the denim fades, the white lines start to fade, and the combination creates incredible patina with wear.
The Momotaro Copper has some of our favorite discrete details from all three lines. The Indigo Check pocket bags, debossed rivets and hardware, Indigo Dyed Crest motif back yoke, the copper flat rivets holding the rear waistband leather patch in place are just some of the details which we love about this pair.
