The highly anticipated High Tapered series by Japan Blue is one of the more exciting developments coming from the JB camp. The new fit was developed after hearing customer feedback - compared to the JB0412, the front rise was lengthened, the thigh width was increased by several centimeters, and a more drastic taper was applied to the hem, creating a highly aesthetically pleasing silhouette, while still being comfortable. The JB0606 fabric is the perfect bi-blended denim fabric of Memphis and Zimbabwe cotton. More than just sounding novel, the combination of these two varying types of cotton is epic. The Zimbabwe cotton, known for the long-fibre properties it retains, is a very soft fabric upon touch, even at a heavy 15-16oz. weight. On the contrary, Memphis and U.S. cotton generally is known for its burly and coarse feeling fabric upon production. This combination of polar opposite qualities of the fabric, allows for, "the best of both worlds". Experience the intense contrast fading patina that the Memphis cotton will yield, while enjoying the soft and easy wear of Zimbabwe cotton denim.
