Japanese Selvedge Denim, cut in a 1930's-inspired wide straight silhouette. The pattern has been developed around Shintaro-san's own experience of wearing and working in jeans, with a deliberate focus on comfort and ergonomics. There is no cinch back, no waistband extension or rear yoke, all decisions intended to reduce unnecessary bulk and improve comfort around the waist and seat. The result is a clean, uncomplicated shape with a generous fit and a distinctly practical logic behind it.\u003c\/span\u003e The stitching construction is also a sight to behold. At first glance, the seams appear to be sewn using two needles. However, Shintaro-san only uses a single needle machine, and meticulously sews each side by hand to replicate a vintage aesthetic. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach small detail is carefully hand-chosen and integrated into the jeans to represent Shintaro-san's approach to denim production. Using 925 Sterling Silver, each top and fifth coin pocket button is hand-embossed, adding a truly unique construction element to each pair, \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003ewhile a Talon metal zipper provides the fly opening. The waistband is lined with a pistachio-colored herringbone, and the pocket bags are made from deadstock jacquard fabric featuring a distinctive “Dancing Girl” pattern. Reinforced pocket and crotch seams, metal rivets and a single OD proprietary “+” silver rivet add durability.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eThe fifth pocket uses a distinctive \"horseshoe\" construction, while the side pockets offer additional everyday functionality.
