We begin processing orders soon after we have received them. The estimated time of processing the order and preparing your denim package is about 2 business days. We use EMS International Airmail for shipping our products globally, and will include tracking information for every single package we send. This tracking information will be provided to you via e-mail, soon after the package is sent from our office in Japan.

Below we have listed the countries where we deliver to, and the estimated arrival time for a package from the time the order is placed.

For the following countries, please allow 5 to 8 business days from the day the order is placed: Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United States.

For these remaining countries that we ship to, please allow 8 to 10 business days from the day the order is placed: Australia, Brazil, Indonesia, Italy, New Zealand and the U.A.E.

Our international shipping rates directly reflect the cost of EMS's services from Japan. We simply convert the rate to charge in US dollar, and do not profit from any shipping service we provide.
