Outfit of the Day in February

February 13, 2015

Our outfit this month consists of some of the new products we love, that have been released by several different brands over the last two months. One piece we've been living in lately are the Japan Blue Slim Sweatpants, a heavyweight Japanese cotton sweat fabric that is so comfy you will have a hard time getting out of them. Cuffed at the hem, they are perfect to show off your low profile sneaker, much like the Anachranorm Indigo Dyed Vulcanized Sole Sneaker seen pictured.
Just to level off that bitter cold, we included the necessary Brown's Beach Jacket Muffler in the brand new Navy Stripe color, a new fabric addition to the BBJ lineup this season. And not forgetting the dome, the Momotaro Bucket Hat will do the trick of covering you up in style. Another piece from our curation is the latest from the Senio camp, a Distressed Denim Workshirt. With an already gorgeous patina upon purchase due to the distressing work done on the fabric, the shirt not only is aesthetically pleasing, it is also truly unique. While the buttons are made to look like conventional buttons with the red buttonhole stitching, they are in fact snap buttons, often applied to western denim shirts. This shirt will be stocked very soon, exclusively by Okayama Denim.
Other favorites we have sprinkled in are some socks by our favorite Made in Japan sock brand, Tabio. Their quality is beyond, and it doesn't get any better than their price points. Another favorite brand is famed British bicycle accessories manufacturer, Brooks England Ltd., the maker of the orange backpack pictured. To wrap it up we have a couple bracelets and a pair of Made in Japan shades by Oliver Peoples.
