The latest arrivals from Pure Blue Japan

Pure Blue Japan are known as the Slub Masters, but that does not stop them from cooking up some exciting alternative treats for us this spring. In this collection PBJ presents their Double Face Indigo Type 3 Jacket and Stretch Herringbone Pants. A mix of utilitarian workwear inspired comfort meswear, a combination that they have pulled off to perfection.

The Double Face Indigo Type 3 Jacket features a deep indigo double face weave fabric, exuding sophistication with its slim fit, black pocket bags, and embossed iron buttons. While it may appear like a lined fabric jacket at first glance, it is actually made of a single piece of woven fabric. This is achieved via a technique called "double weaving", in which two layers of fabric are woven at the same time.

PBJ’s second release is its Stretch Herringbone Pants, released in two versatile hues of heather beige and gray. Crafted from a textured herringbone weave with the recognisable ‘V’ pattern, these pants boast a subtle tapered fit (less tapered compared to the classic 019 silhouette) and in utilitarian design that wouldn’t be out of place in a business casual setting. The gusseted pockets provide extra accessibility, while the iconic PBJ leaf embroidery on the left pocket gusset adds a signature touch of style.

As we embrace the mid-spring warth, this collection offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and craftsmanship while being able to still keep you feeling warm and comfortable during the cooler evenings.

The new Pure Blue Japan items drop on 4/25 @ Midnight (JST)
