DHL Return Waybill

We kindly ask you to ship your item(s) back to us in a plastic flyer and refrain from using cardboard boxes

Please select your region from the chart below, and purchase the appropriate return waybill. The returned item must be in brand new condition in order to be eligible for a return.

Return shipping costs are weight-based, and thus per item, so only one item may be returned per waybill. In the event that you would like to return two items or more, please increase the quantity during purchase, accordingly.

Upon completing your purchase of the Return Waybill, you will receive an email containing the necessary documents and full instructions for returning the item(s) to us. 

In the event that a purchase for a Return Waybill is completed for an order that is ineligible for a return, we will cancel and refund the purchase in full. 

*As of January 2022, the cost of the return waybill for each region has now been raised, due to an increase in the service cost provided by DHL Express.

*We are unable to provide our DHL Return service for clients in Russia & Ukraine.
