We are currently only shipping with DHL GLOBAL EXPRESS to any country (except Russia, where DHL does not service) for the foreseeable future.
For anyone that has purchased in the past from us at Okayama Denim, you are familiar with our Shipping process. We ship our goods directly from Japan to your door, using a variety of couriers to make that possible depending on your location. A quick read of our
Shipping Terms will show that we have always utilized a range of couriers, and we hope to revert back to those same shipping terms in the near future.
For the foreseeable future though, we plan to only ship with DHL Express. The reason for this is simple. Their service has not wavered, and they have been able to weather this storm, while the service of
some other couriers have either become extremely limited or halted altogether. If receiving a package via DHL Express may be an issue for you, please just let us know and we will work toward a solution!
Our DHL Global Express Shipping service delivered to over 70 countries last year, and accepted returns through our Global Returns service that we also offered through DHL. While their expedited shipping is usually astoundingly quick, please do keep in mind that some delays may just be inevitable during this global pandemic.
