Free global express shipping is included for all orders with a value of $150 USD and above. If the value falls below this then we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $25 USD. Please note that the shipping fee is calculated after any discount has been applied.

We have updated our shipping policy to now support Free Shipping to anywhere within Japan, regardless of the order value.

Taxes/Duties are not calculated in our pricing, and you may be subject to these when the package reaches the country of your residence. Once a package has been picked up by the respective courier, any duties or taxes levied on the package upon arrival to the destination country will be the responsibility of the client who placed the order.

For unsanforized raw denim we recommend soaking them prior to wearing in order to get the jeans to shrink-to-fit.

In general, washing your jeans is a matter of personal preference but please note that extensive build up of dirt/bacteria is detrimental to the structural integrity of the cotton fibers of the fabric.

Yes. You have 30 days to initiate a return after the date-of-purchase.

Please note that items must be unaltered, unwashed and have all tags/flashers attached.

For exchanges, while we cover the outgoing shipping cost of the exchange item we do not offer a free returns service.
