Constant innovation with SDA is to be expected, and the Osaka OG's deliver another impressive collection with their S/S’27 range. This season, Studio D’Artisan puts Japan’s traditional dyeing heritage firmly at the centre of the collection, exploring techniques including hand-dyed "Kakishibu-zome", "Bengara" earth-dyeing, layered Natural Indigo and Green dyeing, and the 150 year-old "Chusen" technique. Each method brings its own character to the fabric, with variations in hue, texture and depth that are difficult to reproduce through modern production. With over 40 individual new products to showcase, there is a lot to explore in Studio D’Artisan's S/S’27 collection.
