Samurai have pulled out all the stops this season to conjure up this truly one-of-a-kind fabric for S/S 2026. That pattern is reproduced through a combination of natural indigo and synthetic indigo blended dye alongside brown yarn, creating a mottled, spotted surface texture that reads as organic and irregular rather than uniform. The construction uses a sashiko weave technique to achieve the unique pattern, with indigo yarn placed specifically in the sashiko sections of the fabric where friction and wear are most likely to accelerate fading. Classic work shirt cues are also present, including triple-needle chainstitching construction, chainstitch runoffs at the gussets and Samurai's original Union Ticket.
