We can say confidently without a doubt, had we not executed our vision for the Sapphire’s back in 2017, and rolled out our first official proprietary OD+ Selvedge denim collaboration, we wouldn’t be here today still serving the fam. The OD+JB “Sapphire Slub” was our arrival moment. We believed so strongly in that denim (then and now!) and it paved the way for us to stay in our own lane and explore colored wefts countless times with many of our OD+ projects to date. The Sapphire’s put us on the map, but it was our crazy ideas with each succeeding collaboration that etched us into Japanese Selvedge denim history. This denim is through and through an OD piece, instantly recognizable with its heavy slub & color pop respectfully. A fabric that fades fast AF, and retains durability and character even after extended wear (might have to repair the crotch blowouts if you’re really getting down in them).

We are stoked to announce a limited restock for this series in both jeans and jacket iterations. Just like the previous release, we adjusted the Pantone color just a tad for the weft to try something just a touch darker in hue, and we’re so humbled by finally getting to use our proprietary OD+ hardware on the latest collabs, which includes four 22mm "OD" embossed metal buttons and a single "+" rivet featured on the fifth coin pocket. Custom pocket bags complete each piece, you’d have to really try to get more hues of indigo in a single garment.
