The Stevenson Overall Company as we know it has been operating out of Tokyo for the past decade, operated by Vintage enthusiasts Zip Stevenson and Atsusuke Tagaya. The brand has a rich history spanning back almost a century, when the original brand was launched in Portland, OR. As a revivalist brand, Stevenson have been steadfast in the use of Flat Felled Seam machines in the production of their jeans. Absolutely unconventional and uneconomical, but ultimately necessary to epitomize the authenticity of garments from this foregone era.
