1. Prior to a purchase, send an email to info@okayamadenim.com, stating that you would like a price match. The item should be referenced, as well as the link to the alternative retailer, offering the product at a lower rate.

2. Within 48 hours of a purchase being made, send an email to info@okayamadenim.com, stating that you would like to price match your item, in which case store credit will be provided. The item should be referenced, as well as the link to the alternative retailer, offering the product at a lower rate.

Whilst we always seek to provide you with the best possible deals, we do have some terms and conditions that must be met in order for us to do so:

1. Price matches are at the discretion of Okayama Denim.

2. 3rd party sellers, auctions, and outlets are not eligible for our price match guarantee.

3. Items sold elsewhere which are on sale, or discounted, will not be eligible.

4. A screenshot of the entire product page and a hyperlink must be submitted to us for the item in question.

5. Items must be in stock and the price must be currently listed on both our store as well as the store being matched.

6. Products must match exactly, including size, color, and model.

7. All price matching must be in USD.

8. We may not be able to offer additional shipping discounts beyond our current policy of free shipping above $150.

9. Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with a price match.

10. Other restrictions may apply.
