While the end of 2020 is just around the corner, that's not to say we don't have one or two surprises left in the bag! As a follow-up to our Black Friday release, the
OD+PBJ "Kurokin" Black Selvedge Jeans we are stoked to announce the release for the Type II Jacket using PBJ's "BB" fabric.
Cut to that classic Type II Spec, a few added touches helped elevate this otherwise clean piece.
Along with the addition of hand-warmer pockets, we added just a touch of contrast stitching on each sleeve with the white...
...and red representing the colors of Japan.
We couldn't pass on the opportunity adding the blue selvedge construction for the cuffs!
While keeping the leaf otherwise unchanged from the standard BB edition, we added the red dotted line that PBJ usually feature on their leaf, paying homage to the ID of a Selvedge fabric.
Custom pocket bag freehand art work by the creative genius Nathan Spoor helped commemorate the “Kurokin” Jacket, a casual combination of the words for Black & Friday in Japanese.
Featured also on the custom black leather patch for this collaboration piece.
