One of our most requested collaboration items just got a revamp. As part of our 10th year anniversary collection we're stoked to bring back SDA's coveted "Kasezome" Sashiko fabric in the form of a 6-Panel baseball cap.

Kasezome is the art of skein dyeing, a hand dyeing method by wrapping undyed yarns into a loose coil and dipping them into a vat of Indigo (in this instance). The yarns are dyed to the core while still retaining their original texture, a feat only possible when the yarns are meticulously dyed by hand.

Based on feedback we had received from clients following the initial release in 2019, we have updated the fit by increasing each individual panel size, resulting in an overall larger dome. To add a well needed touch of luxury, we have opted to reimagine the Gold Rayon fabric featured in our collaboration Bomber Jacket as the piping in the hat.

The red and white stitching along with the durable metal fastener from the previous release have been retained with version 2.0. Completing the package is our 10th Year Anniversary tag, custom-designed by our good friend Nathan Spoor.
