Returns and Exchanges
Our sincere hope is that you love your new denim, or any other product you have purchased from us here at OkayamaDenim.com. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you receive, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to arrange returning it for store credit or a product exchange.
We will exchange all products that are unworn, unused, and with all original packing, tags, etc. If it is determined that the product has been worn, stained, or altered in any way, we will return the item back to you. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on jeans which have been hemmed after purchase. All items purchased on Sale or at a discounted rate are considered Final Sale. This includes any item purchased using the 'yokoso' discount or any code obtained through the Spinner widget.
On the unlikely occasion that one of our products arrive with a defect or damage from the manufacturer, we will gladly pay shipping both ways to replace the product in question. In the event that we send you a product which is the wrong size, color, or item all together, we will pay for the shipping both ways and grant you store credit. Furthermore, if you have purchased a product from us but are either not satisfied or have chosen the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your product for the correct size, or issue you store credit.
On all other occasions it is up to you to cover the cost of exchanging an item or returning one for credit. Store credit does not have an expiration date, and can be used toward any future purchase at OkayamaDenim.com. Your store credit will come in the form of a coupon code, which we will send to you via e-mail for use only at OkayamaDenim.com.
