Sakura season is just around the corner, and what better way to get ready for the blossoms than the return of SDA's USA Cotton body Tees. Opting for U.S. cotton during production, the T-shirt is durable as hell and heavyweight, as a result of using a short-staple cotton from Texas. Available in 4 color ways, SDA's 45th Anniversary tees feature a celebratory screen printed logo, marking their impressive milestone. Along with these, their Hinode series of tees make a return in their garment-dyed glory. These tees are dyed one at a time using a natural plant-based dye known as "madder red" (茜). The history of madder red dyeing in Japan dates back centuries, with records suggesting its use as a gift by Queen Himiko and later as the red color of the national flag, also known as the "Hinomaru," during the Meiji era. Finally, we have some playful graphic tee additions featuring the SDA Piggies - Indy and Clipper in the "Ghost" and "SD Marine Corps" tees.
