Founded in 2009 by Shintaro Shimizu, Plest began as a leather-focused label and has since evolved into a tightly controlled, one-man operation producing leather goods, silver jewellery, and denim. Every piece reflects Shimizu-san's personal sensibility. This is not a brand chasing trends or seasonal noise. It is built on making what he genuinely wants to create, refining ideas through fabric, process, and repetition.
