This thermal fabric is knitted on a vintage loopwheel machine using a tube-knit construction, meaning the body is a seamless cylinder with no side seams. The honeycomb section provides a soft, textured surface feel against the skin, while the rib structure runs through the back and side panels to follow the body's contours and maintain a cleaner silhouette from behind. The result is a fabric that serves two purposes simultaneously, comfort at the front and shape at the back, developed as a single unified piece of cloth rather than assembled from separate components.

The raglan sleeve construction adds a casual, relaxed energy to the overall shape, chosen here more as a design statement than purely for freedom of movement, giving the tee an easy, unstructured look that suits the laid-back weight and hand of the fabric. The fit runs relaxed throughout, intended to be worn loosely without looking shapeless.

At the neckline, Flat Head maintain their signature "3-needle, 1-removed" stitching technique, here executed in No. 30 cotton thread, a slightly finer count than usual chosen to preserve the softness of the surrounding fabric
