Samurai's "Zodiac" Special editions have become part and parcel of the industry over the past few years, and the commemoration of the Chinese zodiac calendar has become a mainstay for many brands. Samurai follow suit with the release of their Year of the Snake jeans, featuring a 17oz. Selvedge denim.

As a salute to the Year of the Snake, the jeans feature an intricately woven indigo "snakeskin" jacquard fabric for the pocket bags, while the top metal button has been painted in a bright red color.

Featuring a custom-made goatskin leather patch, the  (巳) character represents the fifth of the twelve Earthly Branches.
