    Using a method of Indigo dyeing known as Skein-dyeing, or Kasezome in Japanese, the latest proprietary Selvedge Chambray developed by SDA for shirting is one of the more textured examples of chambray textile. 
The unique weave is created by using a variety of hues of Indigo dyed yarns and twisting them together through the dyeing process in an attempt to closely replicate the characteristics of Natural Indigo dyed textiles.
