As per our recent update to the
international shipping policy, we are currently shipping all outgoing international packages using DHL Global Express. Their service is impeccable, and packages have been delivering to various countries uninterrupted despite the global pandemic. That being said, the rising costs to us with this new shipping policy has forced us to revise our pricing that pertains to shipping.
Starting May 6th at Noon (JST), the Free Shipping minimum will be raised from US$130 to $150. Any order over US$150 will be shipped using DHL, free of any additional shipping fees. Orders $149 and under will also ship with DHL of course, but will be subject to a flat $25 shipping fee.
We have tried to keep the free shipping threshold as low as possible, and it is difficult for us to make this change after many years of not revising our shipping policy. We trust that you understand we are making this decision in order to continue providing the best possible service and delivery turnaround times despite the current global situation.
