    DHL Global Returns

    Our sincere hope is that you love your new denim, or any other product you have purchased from us here at OkayamaDenim.com. But if for any reason you are unhappy with the product you receive, our DHL Global Returns service will ensure that you are able to return any product to us with ease. 
    In order to be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
    1. The return is made within 30 days of the purchase
    2. Any returned product must be in the purchased condition
    3. The purchase was not at a discounted rate or on sale

    **Please note that in the event that you choose to return any item(s) with your own choice of courier, you may be subject to additional taxes and duties charges when the package enters Japan. In order to circumvent this, please use our DHL Returns Service. 

     

    How it works
    If your order is eligible for a Return, you will be asked to complete a payment to cover the cost to return the purchased item(s) back to us. All documents for the return will be emailed to you along with full instructions on preparing the return for shipment. You can then go ahead and schedule a pickup for the time that suits you! We kindly ask you to ship your item(s) back to us in a plastic flyer and refrain from using cardboard boxes. Please note that the rates displayed below are per item. For example, if you are returning two items from Canada, the total return cost will be $90.
