Tea lovers rejoice! The latest "Sa-hou" series by Master-piece brings to the table a collaborative project that infuses "tea life" with "bag life". Master-piece's philosophy for this series is for enjoyers of tea to be able to brew, bottle and carry their favorite beverage in style. Seeking inspiration from traditional Japanese pouches, the brand have opted to utilize a unique drawstring style opening, while maintaining their techinically minded approach to the fabric and construction. Built to endure the elements, the cotton x nylon fabric used for the shoulder bags is coated with a special film which is highly water-repellent and breathable. The addition of a utility strap is the perfect match for the 300ml bottle by Kinto - a bottleware brand that has burst onto the scene in Japan. To really drive home the tea theme of this series, Master-piece have teamed up with legendary teamakers Ippodo who have supplied the complimentary green tea bags that ship with each shoulder bag.
Master-piece also extend their wear range this season with their "PKS" series of wool gloves that are equal parts warm and functional. The fuzzy material of choice is Cordura's proprietary Combat Wool fabric, composed of wool and the brand's nylon yarns. While maintaining the elegant aesthetic of wool, this fabric is highly durable and built to last an eternity. Master-piece have selected a fine, soft and stretchy lambskin leather to further elevate the luxury element of these gloves. The thumb and index finger areas are also slitted to solve that age-old problem of using your smartphone while wearing gloves.
