There is only one thing more important than the item itself, and that is customer service. Pricing is a close 2nd, but it's only just as important as the product itself. Given that alot of products are exclusive to relative retailers, trying to find the best deal has become less tedious because I know that the only other place I can get a particular product, is a brick and mortar impossibly located, and that I'm getting something pretty exclusive when I shop with you. What I also appreciate, is your prices. These aren't cheap clothings, and even though I've bought them on discount and granted free shipping, you all still treat me like Diamond League Customer. Ryo and co, thank you for the best service, literally. There is nothing more stressful than the uncertainties of ordering online, with a baggage of bad experiences.

Speedy delivery from japan to uk even during the holiday season. These jeans are great, perfect fit in size 33 where I’d usually take a 34. V still denim so will take some wearing in but love them.

"Sturdy" or "robust" are equally good as "tough" as a description of these jeans. I wanted a pair to keep me warm through the winter, and these should definitely do the job, with style. Based on the measurements listed on the webpage, I took size 31, one inch lower than what I usually take when buying from OD. These are still quite generous in the waist, but because of the slim fit they do not fall down. The service was impeccable, as always.

Как и обещали деним оказался жёстким, в этом и есть приятное ощущение настоящего денима , качество отличное, я доволен ! Могу добавить что мой размер обычно 31, в этом случае заказал 30, джинсы сели впритык, талия занижена, в поясе свободно, возможно 31 размер сидел бы просто более свободно, так что если кто то любит по свободней пусть берет размер в размер.

It was the first time I made a purchase from Okayama Denim. The customer service is very helpful and the respond on my questions which I had a lot was fast. The delivery was within 10 days to Croatia/ Europe without additional tax or costs.
I bought Big John 23oz jeans and The Handcraft on this jeans are amazing, the stitches are perfectly straight and the indigo color is more intense then on the photos.
