This chambray shirt by Omoto Denim is simply put, a testament to craftsmanship. Woven slowly on vintage power looms from the early Showa era at a historic textile workshop in Okayama, it features a 5oz. Selvedge chambray fabric with both warp and weft threads featuring slub yarns. This results in a lightweight and pleasantly textured fabric that allows you to enjoy the quintessential characteristics of indigo fading over time. Overdyed in pure indigo, the warp yarns exhibit a deep blue hue to guarantee beautiful fading down the line.
