SDA's latest venture combines a distinctly Japanese dyeing technique with the casual look and feel of a classic crewneck loopwheel tee.

The base fabric is dyed using 注染 (Chusen), a traditional Japanese method that has been practiced for around 150 years. Unlike conventional tie-dye or uneven dyeing, Chusen involves pouring dye through the fabric from above, allowing the colours to penetrate the yarn and naturally blend as they move through the cloth. This creates subtle variations in tone and a soft, natural gradient throughout the camouflage pattern.

Because of this dyeing technique, the pattern takes on a more organic character, with the movement of the dye giving each section of the fabric its own variation, meaning no two pieces will be the exact same.The fabric has a crisp, slightly dry hand and a light, breathable feel, making these an especially good choice for warmer weather.
