The Soundman “Cyclone” takes its design cues from cycling jackets produced by British outdoor manufacturers during the 1960s. Soundman has stayed remarkably close to the character of the vintage originals, while refining the construction and materials for modern wear. The neckline is deliberately cut relatively small, giving the jacket the sharp, compact appearance associated with the original designs.

Featuring double-layer construction, the fabric is a high-density cotton gabardine, offering the tightly woven structure and natural water resistance that made Ventile such a useful material for outdoor clothing. The front is finished with a double zipper, while a waist adjustment belt allows the silhouette to be pulled in when desired. Snap-adjustable cuffs complete the practical details.  Across the front and back are five zipped pockets, including two chest pockets, two hip pockets and a rear pocket, providing plenty of practical storage without compromising the streamlined appearance.
