The Relax Tapered iteration of the Kasezome Indigo pants that sold out almost immediately upon release, are exclusive to Okayama Denim. Kasezome is the art of skein dyeing, a hand dyeing method by wrapping undyed yarns into a loose coil and dipping them into a vat of Indigo (in this instance). The yarns are dyed to the core while still retaining their original texture, a feat only possible when the yarns are meticulously dyed by hand.

Difficult to get sizing correct, would be better if they put a chart with Western sizing along with it being in Centimeters. The quality is amazing, and they are made brilliantly, though too skinny for many Westerners.

Wow is the best way to the service from Okayama Denim. I ordered the jeans on Friday evening and they arrived with me in the UK on Tuesday morning, amazing service and the jeans themselves are beautiful as you can see. These things are awesome!!! Before I get to the pants, I want to take a second to say that this is my third order from OD and I'm amazed at their fast service and super responsive customer service. If you haven't ordered from here before, do it. You won't be dissapointed. Anyway, the pictures of these simply don't do them justice. This is my first piece from SDA and the quality of construction is immediately apparent. The fabric has a fantastic texture and multiple hues of deep, rich indigo. I took them out of the package and put them on and my hands are already blue from the heavily-saturated fabric. I'd originally ordered these with the intention of using them as a cool piece of workwear that I could beat up a bit. After getting them I've decided they are way too nice for this and can actually wear them around the office a bit.
